We ship orders twice a week; on Wednesday and Saturday. If you order a book between Saturday and Tuesday it will ship that Wednesday. If you order between Wednesday and Friday it will ship that Saturday.
Orders are shipped out of Denver Colorado via USPS mail. Shipping times typically take 3 to 7 days depending on the shipping location. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate. If you need your book to arrive by a certain date please don't hesitate to contact us. We can always arrange to expedite your order.
Also, the estimate of 3 to 7 days shipping time is for orders shipped to the continuous US. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and overseas will take significantly longer; sometimes by as much as a week.
All of our books are softcover. However we are working to implement a hard cover option in the future.
No. We ship via USPS which does not provide a tracking number. This enables us to keep shipping costs low. To ship our books via UPS or FedEx would double or triple the cost of shipping.
Each one of our books is printed on demand to the order's specifications. While every attempt is made to ensure the order is processed correctly, mistakes do happen. If you find an error in your book please contact us and we will either send you a new book or refund your purchase price.
